Changes to the board committees

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the company ("the Board") is pleased to advise shareholders that Mr
Oluwatomisun ("Tomi") Amosun ("Mr Amosun"), independent non-executive director, has
been appointed as a member of the Treasury Committee, with effect from 18 October 2023.

The Board trusts that Mr Amosun will add great value in the role as a member of the Treasury
Committee and looks forward to his contribution in this regard.
