Further to the cautionary announcement dated 21 July 2023 shareholders are advised that the
discussions referred to therein and which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on
the price of the Company’s securities, are continuing. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement
is made or the cautionary announcement is withdrawn.
