SECTION 122 NOTICE: ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SHARES

In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
aReit Prop hereby confirms that the Company has received a notice in terms of
Section 122 of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Companies Act”).

New Line Investments 101 (Pty) Limited (“New Line”) has informed aReit Prop that it
has acquired a beneficial interest in the Company, such that the total beneficial
interest in the securities held by New Line is now 88.71% of the total issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.

Redcore Hospitality Holdings Limited (“Redcore”) has informed aReit Prop that it has
disposed of a beneficial interest in the Company, such that the total beneficial
interest in the securities held by Redcore is now 0% of the total issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.

As required in terms of Section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, aReit Prop has filed
the required notice from New Line with the Takeover Regulation Panel and will file
the required notice from Redcore once received.
