UPDATE: DISPOSAL OF ALTRON DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the Company on 17 March 2022,
wherein the Company notified shareholders of a Category 2 transaction relating to the disposal of
Altron Document Solutions and its interest Genbiz Trading 1001 Proprietary Limited to Bi-Africa
Investment Holdings Proprietary Limited (“the Parties”).

The Parties previously agreed that the conditions precedent would be fulfilled by 31 May 2022,
however, regulatory approvals are still required in certain jurisdictions and the Parties have agreed
to extend the fulfilment of the conditions precedent to 31 August 2022.
