ADMINISTRATION PROGRESS REPORT

Hwange is incorporated in the Republic of Zimbabwe. The Company was placed under administration
in terms of the Reconstruction of State-Indebted Companies Act (Chapter 24:27) on 26 October 2018.
Its Listing on the Zimbabwe Stock (“ZSE”) Exchange and the JSE Limited (“JSE”) was suspended on
2 November 2018.

Currently the company has no board of directors and its suspension on the ZSE and the JSE
continues. The administration team is still working on resuscitating the company.
