Changes to the board of directors: Retirement of Kholeka Mzondeki

In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Ms Kholeka Mzondeki, an independent non-executive director of the Board (the
”Board”), will not be making herself available for re-election and will be retiring from the Board
at the upcoming annual general meeting on 19 August 2022.

The company wishes to express their appreciation to Ms Mzondeki for the valuable role and
significant contribution to the company since 2015 given her extensive experience in the
capacity as a member of the Board, chairperson of the audit and risk committee and member
of the social, ethics and transformation committee.

Shareholders are also advised that the nomination process to fill the vacancy on the Board
due to the retirement of Ms Mzondeki at the annual general meeting and on the respective
Board committees is underway.
