Shareholders and noteholders are advised that the group’s annual integrated report for the year ended 31
December 2021, incorporating a summary of the audited financial statements has been published on
Santam’s website at: https://www.santam.co.za/investor-relations/integrated-report/financial-results-and-
reports/ today, 14 March 2022.

Santam’s annual financial statements contain no modifications to the audited results, which were
published on SENS on 3 March 2022. Santam further confirms that there have been no changes
to the auditor’s report, which was referenced in the audited results announcement and made available
to shareholders and noteholders at Santam’s registered office on the same date as the release of the
audited results.

AVAILABILITY OF THE GOVERNANCE REPORT
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that the group’s first separate annual governance report for the
year ended 31 December 2021, has been published on Santam’s website at:
https://www.santam.co.za/investor-relations/integrated-report/governance/ today, 14 March 2022. The
governance report was previously included in the annual integrated report.

AVAILABILITY OF THE BEE COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that the annual compliance report in terms of Section 13G(2) of
the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act, 46 of 2013, is available on Santam’s
