CHANGE OF AUDITORS 
 
 
In compliance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, 
the board of directors of Primeserv hereby notifies its shareholders that RSM South Africa 
Incorporated has been appointed as the company’s external auditors for the current 
financial year ending 31 March 2022, with Gary Parker as the designated audit partner, 
replacing Mazars with immediate effect.  
 
The Board believes that the mandatory five-year partner rotation, combined with other 
practical considerations, made this an appropriate time to consider the appointment of new 
auditors. 
 
The board thanks Mazars for their work with the company over the last five years.
