NOTIFICATION OF PRESENTATION TO ANALYSTS


Shareholders are advised that a presentation on the Company’s condensed
consolidated unaudited financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2021
will be made to analysts at 09:00 on Friday, 11 February 2022.

The presentation will be held via Zoom. Participants will need to register for this event at
Bowlerpresentation@bowler.co.za and confirmed participants will receive a dedicated
link to attend the Zoom session. The close of registration for this event will be at 17h00 on
Thursday, 10 February 2022.

The presentation will be available on the Bowler Metcalf’s website at
www.bowlermetcalf.co.za on or about that time.

The results for the six months 31 December 2021 are expected to be released on SENS
on or about 8 February 2022 and will be available on the Company’s website at
www.bowlermetcalf.co.za.
