NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders will be held at 16H00, local
time, 09H00 Eastern Time, on November 17, 2021, at President Place, 6th Floor, Cnr. Jan Smuts
Avenue and Bolton Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg, South Africa, to transact the business as stated in
the notice of the annual meeting which can be found on Net1’s website at https://ir.net1.com/static-
files/a084804e-9c40-40aa-9092-6e67552ed09b.

Net1’s Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on September 24, 2021, as the record date
for determining shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting. As this date was a public
holiday in South Africa, the Company has used September 23, 2021, as the record date for its South
African Shareholders.
