RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30 2021

Financial results – continuing operations:
-       Revenue R114,8 billion, down 4,8%
-       Trading Profit R4,8 billion, up 17,7%
-       HEPS 868,4 cents, up 21,8%
-       Cash generated by operations R7,7 billion
-       Free cash flow (after lease payments) R4,7 billion (absolute improvement of R2,0 billion)

DIVIDEND DECLARATION
In line with the group dividend policy, the directors declared a final gross cash dividend of 400,0 cents
(320,0 cents net of dividend withholding tax, where applicable) per ordinary share for the year ended
June 30 2021 to those members registered on the record date, being Friday, October 22 2021.
