CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of SuperDrive (“the Board”) hereby notifies Noteholders that Mr Andreas Koser has resigned as an
executive director and Chief Financial Officer of SuperDrive with effect from 30 September 2021 as a result
of Mr Koser’s assignment in South Africa coming to an end and his taking on a new assignment in Europe.

The Board thanks Mr Koser for his invaluable contribution to SuperDrive during his tenure and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.

The Board has, pursuant to SuperDrive’s policy dealing with the nominations of directors, largely completed
the process required to appoint Mr Koser’s replacement and Noteholders will be notified thereof in due course
by way of a further SENS announcement.
