TRADING STATEMENT


In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be
reported on will differ by more than 20% from that of the previous corresponding period.

Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the year ended 30 June 2021 by management has
indicated that:

-   the Headline Earnings Per Share (“HEPS”) is expected to be between 2.80 and 3.26 cents, reflecting
    an improvement of between 20.2% and 39.9% compared to the HEPS of 2.33 cents reported for the
    year ended 30 June 2020; and

-   the Earnings Per Share is expected to be between 0.11 and 1.69 cents, reflecting an improvement
    of between 101.4% and 121.4% compared to the Loss Per Share of 7.90 cents reported for the year
    ended 30 June 2020.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on
by the Company’s auditors. The Company’s Reviewed Preliminary Condensed Consolidated results are
expected to be released on SENS on or about 31 August 2021.
