RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements published on SENS on 16 April 2021
and 21 May 2021, respectively, in which they were advised that a non-binding expression of
interest from Spanjaard Group Limited (“Spanjaard Group”) has been received to acquire 100%
of the remaining issued ordinary share capital of the Company, which it does not already own.

This announcement does not represent a firm intention by the interested party to make an offer in
terms of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, and the Company is in ongoing negotiations with
Spanjaard Group.

Accordingly, shareholders are urged to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their shares
until a further announcement is made.
