RESIGNATION OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Motus’ shareholders are
hereby notified that Ms K Moloko has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, a member of
the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee and Audit and Risk Committee, effective 31 May 2021.

Ms Moloko’s resignation has resulted from a transaction by her related party, which, once approved, could
result in a potential conflict of interest in her capacity as a director of Motus. In the interest of good corporate
governance practices, Ms Moloko is therefore resigning as a director.

The Board of the Company understands the difficult situation Ms Moloko finds herself in and expresses its
gratitude to her for her valued contribution and wishes her well with her future endeavours.
