CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY


In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the Issuer announces
that Quadridge Trust Services Proprietary Limited (“Quadridge”) has been appointed as UsPlus’ company
secretary with effect from 1 June 2021, replacing Acorim Proprietary Limited (“Acorim”) with effect from such
date.

The board of directors of UsPlus would like to thank Acorim for their services and welcomes Quadridge as
UsPlus’ new company secretary.
