INTO ANY JURISDICTION WHERE TO DO SO WOULD CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF THE
RELEVANT LAWS OF SUCH JURISDICTION OR REQUIRE REVEGO TO TAKE ANY

Statement released on 31 March 2021.

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday 29 April 2021, the Cornerstone
Shareholders, the Board and management of Revego have resolved not to proceed with the
Listing on the JSE and rather pursue the raising of capital for this high-quality portfolio in the
private market.
