In accordance with Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”) and Para
3.83 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that
Aveng has received formal notification on 2 March 2021, that clients of Coronation Asset
Management (Pty) Ltd have, in aggregate, disposed of an interest in the ordinary shares of
Aveng, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of Aveng held by Coronation's clients
now amounts to 4.34% of the total issued ordinary shares of Aveng. The total interest held by
Coronation's clients before the disposal was 6.59%.
