In compliance with paragraph 6.39(a) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Zambezi Platinum preference
shareholders are advised that Mr Zwelithini Patrick Ntshalintshali, Mr Christian Mthetheleli Ntuta and Ms
Kgomotso Happy Sekhokho have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the board,
with immediate effect, pursuant to the provisions of its memorandum of incorporation.
