JCB is a family company and the world’s third largest construction equipment brand by volume and has 22 plants on four continents: 11 in the UK and others in India, Brazil, the USA, China and Russia. JCB employs more than 12 000 people worldwide and in 2020 celebrated its 75th anniversary. BESSA is the Company’s level 1 Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (“B-BBEE”) company responsible for the sale, distribution and support of Bell Equipment’s full-line product range locally, which takes place through a comprehensive network of Bell-owned customer service centres.
