LISTING OF ADDITIONAL ASHBURTON MIDCAP ETF SECURITIES

The JSE Limited has approved the listing of an additional 1 800 000 Ashburton MidCap ETF securities
with effect from commencement of business on Monday, 08 February 2021, at an issue price of
approximately R6.5487 per security. Subsequent to this listing, there will be 63 600 000 Ashburton
MidCap ETF securities in issue.
