EXTENSION OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO MYBUCKS ZAMBIA DISPOSAL Security holders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service dated 4 August 2020, wherein security holders were advised of the disposal of a 25% interest in Ecsponent Financial Services Limited (“MyBucks Zambia”) to Xtenda Finance Limited (“Xtenda”) for a total cash consideration of USD1,500,000.00 (“Disposal”). The Disposal was subject to, inter alia, the approval of the Bank of Zambia, on or before 30 September 2020. Security holders are advised that the date for fulfilment of the conditions precedent for the Disposal has been extended to 31 January 2021, allowing the Company further time to obtain the requisite approvals from the Bank of Zambia. 2.
