CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Allen Edwin Swiegers has been appointment as independent non-executive
director of Attacq, with effect from 14 January 2021.

Allen Edwin Swiegers (CA(SA), BComm Accounting, BComm (Hons) Accounting) is an experienced
business executive and board member. Allen has spent 33 years at Deloitte in various roles including senior
audit partner, Chief Operating Officer of the Deloitte South Africa and Africa business, member of the
Deloitte Africa Board and Dean of the CFO programme at the Deloitte University in Belgium. He currently
serves as Chairperson of South African Rugby Event Services (Pty) Limited, Chairperson of Red Sun
Hortitech (Pty) Limited and is a council member and member of the Audit Committee of the University of
Pretoria. He previously served on the Board of Star Limited, where he was also Chairperson of the Audit
committee. Allen also chaired the Board of Atterbury Property Investments (Pty) Limited until June 2020.

Allen has also been appointed as a member of the audit and risk committee of Attacq with effect from
14 January 2021.

The board of directors of Attacq welcomes Allen and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
