RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Tuesday, 24 November 2020 (in
terms of the notice dispatched on 26 October 2020) all the resolutions tabled there at were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:

    -   total number of Hyprop shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 255 894 516
    -   total number of Hyprop shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 200 297 751, being
        78.27% of the total number of Hyprop shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
