Shareholders of the PBT Group (“Shareholders”) are advised that the Company is currently finalising its results for the six months ended 30 September 2020. The Group’s top clients are stock exchange listed and have remained able to pay timeously for services rendered so that the Group continues to convert earnings into cash. The Group has no long-term interest-bearing borrowings and is in a positive cash position.
