DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND CHANGE STATEMENT

Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that CSG’s 2020
integrated annual report (“Integrated Report”), incorporating the full audited
consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended
31 March 2020 (“Annual Financial Statements”) and the notice of the annual general
meeting (“AGM”) of the Company, was distributed to Shareholders today,
30 September 2020. The Integrated Report and the Annual Financial Statements will also
be available on the Company’s website, at https://csgholdings.co.za/investor-relations/,
as from today, 30 September 2020.

The Annual Financial Statements contains no modifications to the reviewed provisional
condensed consolidated financial results (“Reviewed Results”) which were announced
on SENS on 1 July 2020, save for a re-allocation between the cost and accumulated
depreciation as at 31 March 2020 in the property, plant and equipment note with totals
as set out below:

The above had no impact on CSG’s current or previously reported profitability, total assets,
total liabilities, equity, total cash flows from either operating activities, investing activities
or financing activities, nor on cash and cash equivalents available at either the beginning
or the end of the financial year. No other balances or amounts were affected by this
reclassification. Furthermore, it has not necessitated any reclassification or restatement in
respect of the financial statements for previous years.

The Company’s auditors, BDO South Africa Inc. expressed an unmodified audit opinion
on the Annual Financial Statements. Their report, which includes communication of key
audit matters, is contained in the Annual Financial Statement.

NOTICE OF AGM

Notice is hereby given that the AGM of CSG will be held at CSG’s subsidiary, CSG Foods,
at Block D, Brooklyn Office Park, 1109 Jan Shoba St, Brooklyn, Pretoria on Wednesday,
18 November 2020 at 10:00 to transact the business as set out in the notice of the AGM
on pages 182 to 196 of the Integrated Report.

The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to be
eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 13 November 2020, with the last day to trade being
Tuesday, 10 November 2020.
