Notice of Credit Event

Notice is hereby given to all Noteholders of the Notes listed above which were issued under the Issuers’ Master
Structured Note Programme (“MSNP”) that the Issuer has determined that an Obligation Default Credit Event has
occurred in respect of Hema Bondco I BV which is one of the Reference Entities included in the A pplicable Pricing
Supplements relating to the Notes.

Interest will accordingly cease to accrue in respect of the portion relating to Hema Bondco I BV (the “Affected Portion”)
from the 18th August 2020.

The Calculation Agent will determine and deliver the relevant Deliverable Obligation(s) in respect of the Affected Portion
minus Swap Costs.

Under the terms of the Notes, the amount of the Notes equal to the Reference Entity Nominal Amount will be redeemed
and delisted. Therefore the following redemptions will apply effective the 18th of September 2020.
