Shareholders are advised that the Company’s audited annual financial statements for the year ended 29
February 2020, reflected in the integrated annual report distributed today, 31 July 2020 are unchanged from
the audited results released on SENS on 27 July 2020.
An electronic version of the Company’s Integrated Report, the Annual Financial Statements, Mazars
unqualified audit report and the notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and proxy form are available on
the Company’s website www.mazor.co.za.
Notice of AGM
Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Shareholders of the Company be held entirely via a remote
interactive electronic platform Zoom on Monday, 31 August 2020 at 10:00 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The last date to trade and record date to be entitled to attend and to vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 18 August
2020 and Friday, 21 August 2020, respectively.
Should any shareholder (or a representative or proxy for a shareholder) wish to participate in and vote at
the AGM, they should instruct their Central Securities Depository Participant (“CSDP”) or broker to issue
them with the necessary letter of representation to participate in the AGM, in the manner stipulated in their
custody agreement. These instructions must be provided to the CSDP or broker by the cut-off time and
date advised by the CSDP or broker, to accommodate such requests.
