In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the ELB board of directors (“the
Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Peter Blunden, an executive director of the Company,
has assumed the role of non-executive director of the Board with effect from 1 July 2020.

The Board looks forward to Peter’s continued contribution to the ELB group.
