DEBT RESTRUCTURING WITH INTERNATIONAL LENDERS GROUP


Trustco’s shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements published on 13 June 2019,
27 September 2019 and 3 June 2020 as well as to note 38 of the Trustco annual financial statements for the year
ended 31 March 2019 regarding the debt restructuring with its international lender group (“Restructuring
Agreement”).


The Company wishes to announce that further formal restructuring agreements are being negotiated with
relevant lenders who were parties to the Restructuring Agreement and where financial commitments still exist.


The terms and maturities, which are being negotiated will be subject to standard approval processes of all parties,
and replace the existing agreements.
