EMPLOYEE SHARE SCHEME REPURCHASE FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
FULFILMENT OF OUTSTANDING CONDITIONS PRECEDENT
Shareholders are referred to the circular containing the details of the Disposal, Employee Scheme
Transactions and MOI Amendment issued on 23 April 2020. Using the terms defined therein,
Shareholders are advised that, further to the results of the General Meeting released on Monday,
25 May 2020 and the receipt of the compliance certificate from the TRP, all conditions precedent to the
Employee Scheme Transactions have been fulfilled.

The remaining salient dates and times in relation to the Employee Scheme Transactions are as follows:
