(Registration number 2003/025374/06)
JSE code: ILE

("Imbalie Beauty” or “the Company")

Planned delay in the release of financial results for the year ended 29 February 2020

Shareholders are referred to the JSE Limited’s general announcement of 3 April 2020 and the
market notice issued by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) relating to the impact of
the Covid-19 pandemic and national lockdown on financial reporting and auditing processes.

Imbalie Beauty advises that the Company will be utilising the two-month extension period afforded
by the FSCA. The Company’s audited financial results, the integrated annual report and notice of
annual general meeting for the year ended 29 February 2020 (“annual results”) are expected to
be released by no later than 31 July 2020.

Management is endeavouring to publish the annual results as soon as practicably possible and
will notify shareholders via SENS when the annual results release date has been finalised.

The Company urges market participants not to draw undue adverse inferences as a result of
utilising this extension period.
