DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board has declared a final gross dividend (Number 11) of 6.5 cents per share for the year
ended 29 February 2020. The dividend is declared out of income reserves. The dividend will be
subject to a dividend withholding tax rate of 20% or 1.3 cents per ordinary share. Shareholders,
unless exempt or qualifying for a reduced withholding tax rate, will receive a net dividend of
5.2 cents per share. NVest’s tax reference number is 9053981180. The number of ordinary shares in
issue at the declaration date is 303,241,722.

The salient dates for the dividend will be as follows:
