Shareholders are further referred to the trading update released on SENS on 26 May 2020, which indicated that the financial results for the year ended 29 February 2020, is expected to be released on SENS, on or about Thursday 28th May 2020. Shareholders are hereby advised that due to an unforeseen delay in the finalisation of the audit process, Vunani has decided to place reliance on the Market Notice and the extension afforded therein. It is expected that the publication and distribution of the Company's financial results for the year ended 29 February 2020 ("FY2020") will be delayed. It is anticipated that the FY2020 financial results will be released as soon as the audit has been finalised, but no later than Tuesday, 30 June 2020.
