CHANGE IN DIRECTOR CLASSIFICATION

In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Accéntuate shareholders are
hereby advised of the following change to the board of directors of the Company (“the Board”).


After due and careful consideration, the Board wish to advise shareholders that Mr Andile
Mjamekwana is now classified as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 19
May 2020.


Mr Mjamekwana was initially appointed as Alternate Director to Mr Pieter Kriel on 5 August 2014,
representing Thebe Investment Corporation (“Thebe”), a major shareholder of the Company. Mr
Mjamekwana resigned as Alternative Director on 28 February 2019 and was appointed as a Non-
Executive Director to the Board effective 1 March 2019.


Mr Mjamekwana has subsequently resigned from Thebe with effect from 31 December 2019 to
pursue other business opportunities.
