FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

Revenue                        up      20.9% to R413.8 million
Profit for the period          up      6.4% to R64.9 million
Earnings per share             up      6.7% to 40.77 cents per share
Headline earnings per share    up      6.7% to 40.78 cents per share
Net asset value per share      up      16.7% to 365.55 cents per share


Given the ongoing uncertainty in the global economy as a result of COVID-19, the directors
have resolved that the Group’s resources are best conserved at this time and therefore no
dividend has been declared for the 2020 financial year.
