CHANGE IN EXTERNAL AUDITOR

Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Attacq (“board of directors”) has decided this is an appropriate
time to rotate the independent external auditor. Consequently, the audit services of Deloitte & Touche (“Deloitte”) will end
on conclusion of its external audit responsibilities for the financial year ended 30 June 2020, which is expected to be on or
about 12 November 2020, being the proposed date for Attacq’s annual general meeting at which resolutions for the approval
of the Attacq group and company annual financial statements for the year ending 30 June 2020 will be tabled.

Following an assessment process, the board of directors, through the Attacq audit and risk committee, resolved to appoint
Ernst & Young Incorporated, with Ernest van Rooyen as designated audit partner, as the new auditors for the financial year
ending 30 June 2021, subject to shareholders’ approval at the Attacq annual general meeting due to be held on or about 12
November 2020 and effective from that date.

Attacq wishes to thank Deloitte for their excellent services and commitment to the company over the past ten years.
