Disposal of securities by Truffle Asset Management (“Truffle”)


In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Sephaku Holdings has received formal notification from Truffle that it has disposed of an interest
in the ordinary shares of the Company. The total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company
held by Truffle now amounts to 4.73%.
