Update On The Posting Of The Notice Of Annual General Meeting CURRO HOLDINGS LIMITED Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number: 1998/025801/06) JSE Share Code: COH ISIN: ZAE000156253 (“Curro” or “the Company”) UPDATE ON THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Shareholders are advised that, due to the disruptions caused by COVID-19 and the resultant closure of the postal services, there will be a delay in the distribution by the Company of its notice of annual general meeting containing the summarised audited annual financial statements for the year-ended 31 December 2019 (“Notice of AGM”). The Notice of AGM, which was due to be distributed on or before 30 April 2020, will now be distributed as soon as practically possible after the end of the nationwide lockdown, once the postal services resume. In this regard the Company will be placing reliance on the market notice issued by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority, as announced by the JSE on 3 April 2020 (“the Market Notice”) in this regard. According to the Market Notice, issuers with financial year-ends of 31 December 2019, 31 January 2020, 29 February 2020 and 31 March 2020 were granted an extension of two months within which to comply with various reporting timeframes as provided for in the JSE Listings Requirements. Shareholders should however note that Curro published its summarised audited results for the year-ended 31 December 2019 on SENS on 25 February 2020. In addition, the full audit report and the audited annual financial statements for the year-ended 31 December 2019 were made available on Curro’s website at: https://www.curro.co.za/corporate/financial- results/financial-year-2019/ on the same date. At this stage, it is still anticipated that the annual general meeting will be held on Tuesday, 9 June 2020, however a further announcement will be made in this regard following the distribution of the Notice of AGM.
