Herboths Transaction: Extension of Posting of Circular to Shareholders
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 11 February 2020, in
respect of the disposal by Trustco Property Holdings Limited of 100% of the issued share
capital and all loan accounts (if any) of Herboths Property Development Company
(Proprietary) Limited to Constantia Risk and Insurance Holdings Limited (“Herboths
Transaction”). The Herboths Transaction was categorised as a category 2 related party
transaction requiring a circular (“Circular”) to be distributed to shareholders.
The JSE Limited has granted an extension to 29 May 2020 regarding the posting of the Circular
containing the full details of the Herboths Transaction to shareholders.
