FULL YEAR RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

The Company’s presentation currency is U.S. Dollars (“$”).

Revenue increased by 9 378% to $39.2 million, from $0.4 million in the prior corresponding
period.

Operating loss decreased by 91% to $2.4 million, from $25.7 million in the prior corresponding
period.

Headline loss per share decreased by 67% to $0.03 cents per share, from $0.09 cents per share
in the prior corresponding period.

Earnings per share increased to $0.00 cents per share, from a loss of $0.24 cents per share in
the prior corresponding period.
