EXPIRY NOTIFICATION SENS

The JSE Limited has granted a listing to BNP Paribas Arbitrage
Issuance B.V. – ZA091 Collateralised Index Securities relating
to the EURO STOXX 50 Index and S&P 500 Index under its Note,
Warrant and Certificate Programme dated 3 June 2019 (read with
the   JSE   Placement   Document  dated  1 September 2016)  as
supplemented from time to time.

Please be advised that the Redemption Date for this Series is
Thursday, 2 April 2020 and the rate will be announced on
Tuesday, 31 March 2020.

In this instance, and as set out in the ZA091 Pricing
Supplement, holders of ZA091 Collateralised Index Securities
relating to the EURO STOXX 50 Index and S&P 500 Index are hereby
advised of the salient dates relating to this trade as follows:
