CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that Mr Brendan Connellan (“Brendan”) has been reappointed, on an outsourced basis,
as Chief Operations Officer of the Company with effect from 1 March 2020. Brendan will remain as
the Company Secretary of NVest, also on an outsourced basis. As of 1 March 2020, his designation
will thus be amended from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director.
