WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 11 February 2020 and the scheme
of arrangement and possible delisting announcement dated 14 February 2020. Since details of the
firm intention to make an offer has been announced the cautionary is hereby withdrawn and caution
is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in their securities.
