Mr Njeke (62) is an accomplished corporate executive and director with over 25 years’ board experience across a range of sectors. A chartered accountant, he served as an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers for six years before co- founding Kagiso Trust Investments where he was group managing director from 1994 to 2010. Mr Njeke is currently the chairperson of investment company Dlondlobala Capital, which he co-founded in 2012. He is the non-executive chairman of Momentum Metropolitan Holdings and serves as a director of Motus Holdings, Datatec and Delta Property Fund. He is a past chairman of the SA Institute of Chartered Accountants.
