CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT – NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF
INTEGRATED REPORT
Shareholders are referred to the Change Statement, Posting of Integrated Report, Notice of Annual
General Meeting and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Certificate announcement released
on SENS on Tuesday, 4 February 2020 (“SENS Announcement”).
Shareholders’ attention is drawn to the fact that the SENS Announcement erroneously referred to the
record date by which shareholders of the Company must be registered as such in the Company’s
securities register in order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting as being Tuesday, 17 March
2020 instead of Friday, 6 March 2020.
The correct dates are set out below:
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders will be held at 10:00 on
Tuesday, 17 March 2020, at 23 Kroton Avenue, Weltevreden Park, to transact the business as stated in
the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the Integrated Report.
Record Dates
The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be registered as such in the Company’s
securities register in order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 6 March 2020. The
last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the annual general meeting will accordingly be
Tuesday, 3 March 2020.
The record date for shareholders to receive the Integrated Report is Friday, 24 January 2020.

It has come to the Company’s attention that shareholders were not able to access the Integrated Report
on the Company’s website following the release on the SENS Announcement. Shareholders are advised
that the Integrated Report may be accessed via the following link and clicking on the drop-down menu
