CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised of the following change to the
Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”)
The Board hereby notifies shareholders that Mogamat Samir Saban
(“Samir”) has resigned as the chief executive officer of the Company
with effect from 1 February 2020 for personal reasons.
Rushaan Isaacs (“Rushaan”) has been appointed as the new chief
executive officer as from 1 February 2020 . Rushaan has been the sales
and marketing director and has been with the group for the past 22
years with vast experience in the fishing industry. She is also
currently an executive director on the Board.
Ms Aziza Begum Amod (“Aziza”) has been appointed as the non-executive
chairperson of the Board.
The Board takes this opportunity to congratulate Rushaan and Aziza on
their new appointments.
The Board also wants to express their appreciation to Samir and extends
its best wishes for his future endeavours.
