During 2018, Nkomati Anthracite Proprietary Limited (“Nkomati”) commenced with an extensive mine development and exploration program. During 2019, the exploration program continued at Nkomati and was completed by end September 2019. The Company commissioned an updated Competent Person’s Report (“CPR”), the effective date of which is 30 September 2019 and the RRE has accordingly been updated to correlate to the information contained therein. The resource declared in the Company’s Integrated Annual Report as at 30 June 2019 amounted to 32 578 000 Mineable Tonnes In Situ (“MTIS”). The resource has subsequently increased to 38 500 000 MTIS on completion of the exploration program as at 30 September 2019.
