Unwinding of Long Equity Investment Plan Security (LEIP)

Holders of LEIP securities are advised that LPBEG1 LEIP unwound at the close of trade on 23 April 2019
(“Expiry Date”). The LEIP securities holders were settled directly on the 23rd of April 2019. Settlements
took place outside of Strate Limited. The security has been suspended from trading on Thursday the
19th of December 2019 and will be terminated on Tuesday the 24th of April 2019. This replaces the previous
announcement released on Friday at 14:30.
