Notice Regarding the Passing of Independent Non-Executive Director

The Santova Board of Directors regrets to announce the death of Mr Anthony (Tony) Dixon, who
unexpectedly passed away on the 18th December 2019.

Tony served as an Independent Non-Executive Director since the 1st December 2010 and his
significant contribution to the Group through his roles as Chairman of the Audit & Risk committee,
and member of the Nominations, Remuneration and Social & Ethics committee, will be sorely
missed. Tony was a unique member of the team who brought a wealth of knowledge and
experience to the board along with strong principles and values.

The board of directors extends their thoughts and deepest sympathy to his family during this
difficult time.
